A film by Sergej Kreso
The Netherlands 2025

In the Bosnian city of Mostar, where the traces of war's destruction are still visible, a group of people try to resist another destructive force: their gambling addiction. A film about faith, hope and the power of being together.

FORGIVE US OUR DEBTS is part of a documentary series on the Ten Commandments, produced by DOXY Films and EOdocs, in which ten filmmakers each give their take on one of the Commandments. Sergej Kreso ventured into the third commandment: ‘Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.’
